• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Construction or project-related experience would be considered an asset

• Must be comfortable working outside all day

• Valid driver’s license — will be working at various locations across Winnipeg. If required, a vehicle will be provided to get from one property to another

• Strong problem-solving and handy-man skills are a huge asset

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
